Superbe grande coupe en grès réalisée par Jean et Jacqueline Lerat, signée J et J Lerat et datée 1948 au dos. Cette pièce ancienne, d’une qualité remarquable, présente une nature morte stylisée au décor finement incisé puis réhaussé de rouge de cuivre, créant un contraste subtil entre les zones mates et les effets d’émail brillant. Le bord à décor tournassé et le quadrillage en relief typique des premières années du couple en font une œuvre à la fois expressive et très représentative de leur recherche plastique de l’après-guerre.

Beautiful large stoneware dish by Jean and Jacqueline Lerat, signed J and J Lerat and dated 1948 on the back.
